Lokko ("we", "us") is a location intelligence consultancy based in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia. This policy explains what personal information we collect when you use our website or request a Territory Audit, and how we handle it. We comply with the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs) under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
When you submit the Territory Audit intake form, we collect:
We do not collect payment card details directly — any payment is processed by our payment provider under their own privacy policy.
We also collect standard web analytics data (page views, browser type, referring URL) via our hosting provider. This data is aggregated and not linked to individual identities.

Form submissions are received by Formspree (a US-based form processing service) and delivered to our business email inbox. We store project correspondence and documents in password-protected business email and cloud storage accounts. Data is not stored in any public-facing database.
By submitting the form you acknowledge that your data may be transferred to and processed in countries outside Australia (e.g. the United States), where data protection laws may differ.
Your personal information is never sold, rented, or shared with third parties for marketing purposes. We may share information with service providers (such as Formspree) only to the extent necessary to deliver our services, and only under appropriate confidentiality obligations.
We retain client correspondence and project records for seven years for business and tax compliance purposes, then securely delete them. If you request deletion before that period and we have no legal obligation to retain the data, we will delete it within 30 days.
